BOOKINGS: TERMS & CONDITIONS

When you make a booking with us - whether by telephone or email - a legally binding contract exists between us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in certain circumstances (see below). This means that, even where you have not paid in full at the time of cancellation, you may well remain liable for the full cost of the booking should you be unable to stay at Church Farm.

If you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the earliest opportunity. We may then be able to re-let your room and minimise or, possibly, eliminate your loss. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance to protect you against any such losses.
